Heidi and Erica are sisters who grew up in Troutdale, OR. From a young age, they were both involved in ski racing and various team sports. Growing up active helped to instill a passion for fitness and movement early in their lives. They were both involved in the dance team throughout high school, and each pursued a different post-high school plan.

Erica attended Portland State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health & Health Studies. Heidi attended Linfield College in McMinnville, OR, and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and a teaching license. She then went on to earn a Master’s Degree from Portland State.

Both Heidi and Erica were drawn to Aspire when it first opened. Aspire is really what sparked both of their passions for fitness.

They started as members, quickly wanting to become instructors. They went through BODYPUMP training in 2015, and have moved forward ever since. Both sisters have become certified in many more formats as well as becoming personal trainers.

Both sisters ❤️ to drive others to push hard and achieve their goals. At Aspire, our mission is to help others become the best versions of themselves.
